The contour Skins ski mountaineers started the season with impressive performances at the World Cup opener in Courchevel. Sarah Dreier (AT) secured 3rd place in the Vertical race, while Tatjana Paller (DE) shone with a strong 5th place finish in the Sprint.

The Salzburger Sarah Dreier claimed 3rd place in the Vertical race with a time of 25:57.5 minutes. The victory went to French athlete Axelle Gachet-Mollaret (25:30.0 minutes), followed by Emily Harrop (+12.9 seconds). Dreier's podium finish confirms her top form at the start of the season. Johanna Hiemer from Austria also delivered a strong performance, finishing in 6th place.
Swiss Victory in the Men's Vertical
In the men’s Vertical, Swiss athlete and Atomic athlete Rémi Bonnet triumphed with a time of 19:47.9 minutes. His compatriot Aurélien Gay finished second (+1:50.3 minutes), followed by Xavier Gachet (FR) (+1:57.8 minutes). The best Austrian was Paul Verbnjak in 9th place, while Christof Hochenwarter from contour Skins delivered a solid 15th place result.
Tatjana Paller in 5th Place in the Sprint
The German athlete Tatjana Paller had an especially successful Sprint competition. With an impressive 5th place, she fought her way into the top ranks in a highly competitive field. The Olympic Sprint event, where speed, technique, and tactical skill are key, was dominated by French athletes. Emily Harrop (France) won the race with a time of 00:03:20.8 minutes, followed by Marianne Fatton (Switzerland) in second place with 00:03:31.4 minutes. Margot Ravinel (France) took third place with a time of 00:03:36.1 minutes. However, Paller showed great composure and secured a top-5 finish with a strong performance.
